Feb. 2 - Dog registration begins online. Printed forms will run for 4 weeks in the Gazette starting March 2.
Mar. 28 - Registration closes
Mar. 31 - Racing Dogs Selected by lottery (location to be announced)
Apr. 1 - Racing Dogs announced online and via email to those selected
Apr. 15 - Biographies from Racing Dogs due to Oklahoma Gazette
Apr. 29 - Event program ad deadline
May 11 - Event program publishes in Oklahoma Gazette

May 14 - Dachshund Dash Day!

10:00 am - Doors open to Sponsors
10:30 am - Racing Dog registration begins
12:00 noon - Dog registration complete
12:00 noon - Doors open to the Public
12:15 pm - Alternate Racing Dogs selected, if needed
1:00 pm - Races Begin!
     Heat 1 (top 2 dogs advance to First Semi-Finals)
     Heat 2 (top 2 dogs advance to First Semi-Finals)
     Heat 3 (top 2 dogs advance to First Semi-Finals)
     Heat 4 (top 2 dogs advance to First Semi-Finals)
     First Semi-Finals (top 2 dogs advance to Final Race)
     Heat 5 (top 2 dogs advance to Second Semi-Finals)
     Heat 6 (top 2 dogs advance to Second Semi-Finals)
     Heat 7 (top 2 dogs advance to Second Semi-Finals)
     Heat 8 (top 2 dogs advance to Second Semi-Finals)
     Second Semi-Finals (top 2 dogs advance to Final Race)
     Heat 9 (top 2 dogs advance to Third Semi-Finals)
     Heat 10 (top 2 dogs advance to Third Semi-Finals)
     Heat 11 (top 2 dogs advance to Third Semi-Finals)
